Online Shopping Instructions: Please explore our online product catalog to make your purchases.

STEP 1: If you wish to buy an item, simply click on the 'Shop Now' button. You can then add the item to your cart and continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

STEP 2: To complete your purchase, please confirm the quantity you desire and click on the 'Checkout' link below your order. You'll then need to sign in to your account or create a new one. After signing in, kindly provide us with your billing and delivery details.

STEP 3: Once you've filled in your billing and delivery information, proceed to make the payment for your order. Your order will be processed immediately online, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: For international deliveries, prices on our website are listed in American dollars and will be converted to Indian Rupees during payment."

At Sadhak Soap (sadhakcare.com), all transactions are safeguarded by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Your information is transmitted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and encrypted to prevent unintended disclosure to third parties, ensuring the highest security standards are upheld by leading online vendors. This includes real-time payment processing for immediate peace of mind and protection. You can identify a secure browser session during checkout by the presence of a padlock icon either at the bottom corner or end of the address bar.

CVV/CVC (Credit Verification Value or Credit Validation Code) serves as an additional security measure to minimize the risk of internet fraud. This unique code, typically 3 or 4 digits, is not displayed on receipts or billing statements but is physically imprinted or embossed on the back of your credit card in the signature area. During transactions, we request the CVV/CVC to confirm that the card is in your possession, enhancing security.

Sadhak Soap offers immediate online ordering with the following payment methods:

1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions affiliated with the Visa and MasterCard Networks or Diner's Club.

2. Visa and MasterCard Debit cards.

3. Net Banking.

4. Cash on Delivery.

For International Orders, payment is accepted in American Dollars.

Please be aware that for Visa/MasterCard/Diner's Club transactions, you will need to provide your 16-digit credit card number, card expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV number (found on the back of the card) during your online purchase. Additionally, your Credit Card should be enrolled with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. The transaction will be displayed on your bank statement as a payment to Sadhak Soap."

To enhance our customer service, we're pleased to introduce Cash on Delivery (COD) service, valid nationwide in India. With COD, you can conveniently pay for your orders in cash upon delivery to your specified address. Please review the following terms and conditions for utilizing COD on your next purchase:

COD service is exclusively available for orders within India.

A nominal fee of INR 50 is applicable to avail COD regardless of the order value.

Cash on delivery is limited to select regions.

Please note that the COD convenience charge and shipping fee are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

If the delivery region is non-serviceable, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified via email.

We regret any inconvenience caused by products marked as out of stock, as they are currently unavailable for immediate fulfillment. In the event that your order has been accepted but a selected product is unavailable for delivery, we will reach out to you within three business days to discuss how you would prefer to proceed with your order.

If a product is out of stock, please feel free to contact our customer care department. They will assist you in finding the best alternative.
