Return & Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted exclusively for products that have incurred damage during transit, display physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been dispatched. To initiate a return request, an email along with a video showcasing the damaged or incorrect product must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

Should you decide to return all or part of your order, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by reaching out to us via email at contact@sadhakcare.com.

Returns will not be entertained if the product has been utilized, the seal has been broken, or if the product's serial number has been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, Sadhak Soap will conduct an inspection to validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a replacement will be issued. In the event that the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

For payments made online, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days from the date of receiving the request.

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days upon requesting a refund.

SADHAK SOAP cannot be held responsible for any individual reactions to specific ingredients. Each product description on our website includes a comprehensive list of ingredients. Individuals with sensitivities or potential allergies to any listed ingredient are advised against using the product. In case of uncertainty, always conduct an allergy patch test, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product and consult a Physician.

In the event of product loss due to spillage or container breakage, we will replace the product for you. However, if the damage is solely physical, such as a dent or scratch, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to process a refund or return.
